About the Role: Purple Moon Early Learning Center in Northglenn, CO is looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood team! Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum aligned with early childhood development standards
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for preschool-aged children
Monitor and document child development milestones and progress
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child growth and daily activities
Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child learning goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally stimulating classroom space
Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
Must pass required background check
Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
