Petal Path Montessori Academy is looking for a warm, engaging, and reliable Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in September as we expand programming.

We are a boutique Montessori-inspired early childhood program focused on child-led learning, hands-on exploration, creativity, and building meaningful relationships with children and families. We are looking for someone who is energetic, collaborative, nurturing, and excited to help create a beautiful learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities include:• Supporting children through play-based and hands-on learning experiences• Assisting with daily classroom routines and transitions• Creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment• Encouraging social-emotional development and independence• Collaborating with teachers and leadership to support classroom activities• Maintaining classroom organization and cleanliness

Qualifications:• EEC Teacher certification preferred • Strong communication and teamwork skills• Passion for early childhood education• Montessori knowledge or interest is a plus
