What You’ ll Do:
- Lead engaging, play-based learning activities for preschoolers
- Follow a structured curriculum and bring lesson plans to life in a fun, creative way
- Create a structured, positive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with parents through consistent communication
- Foster a safe, welcoming space where children can learn and thrive
What We’ re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience with preschool-aged children
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Creative, energetic, and nurturing personality
- Comfort working in a faith-based environment
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
