Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Preschool Teacher – School Readiness Classroom
The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3–5 as they prepare for future academic success.
This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences that promote kindergarten readiness, confidence, creativity, and social-emotional growth in a structured and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily preschool classroom routines and educational activities
- Implement developmentally appropriate lessons using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Foster early literacy, math readiness, and critical thinking skills
- Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children's social-emotional development and positive peer interactions
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom progress and milestones
- Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
- Previous preschool classroom experience preferred
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
