The Learning Experience - Franklin is hiring a dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to guide and inspire young learners in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Our preschool classrooms are designed to spark creativity, build independence, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

We are seeking an ECE-certified teacher who is passionate about helping children reach developmental milestones while delivering a high-quality early education experience at one of the most trusted preschools and childcare centers in Franklin, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities -------------------

• Manage and lead a preschool classroom for children ages 3-4.
• Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum focusing on language, social, and cognitive development.
• Create an inclusive and structured learning environment where each child can thrive.
• Build strong partnerships with parents through consistent communication and progress updates.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive team-driven culture.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and safety policies.

Qualifications --------------

• ECE certification required in Massachusetts.
• At least 6 months of preschool teaching experience, 1 year preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

Compensation ------------

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
