Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Preschool Teacher - School Readiness Classroom
The Learning Experience - Jenison is seeking a nurturing Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3-5 in a structured classroom environment focused on early learning and kindergarten readiness.
This role is ideal for educators who enjoy guiding young learners through engaging routines and hands-on activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily preschool classroom routines and activities
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Encourage early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Guide children through learning centers, meals, and transitions
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates
- Collaborate with teaching team members and leadership
- Follow Michigan licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior preschool or childcare experience preferred
- Strong classroom support and communication skills
- Reliable and team-oriented approach
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
