As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will:

  • Implement engaging lesson plans using our proprietary curriculum and educational resources
  • Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
  • Promote childrens cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development through purposeful play and exploration
  • Guide positive behavior using developmentally appropriate classroom management strategies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding childrens progress and classroom activities
  • Support childrens daily routines, including meals, rest time, toileting, and self-help skills
  • Collaborate with assistant teachers and school leadership to ensure a consistent, high-quality educational experience
  • Follow all state licensing regulations, health standards, and safety procedures

What Were Looking For

The ideal candidate:

  • Has experience working with young children in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early learning program
  • Demonstrates a genuine passion for early childhood education
  • Possesses strong classroom management and organizational skills
  • Communicates effectively with children, families, and coworkers
  • Is dependable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Understands the importance of creating positive relationships with children and families

Education & Experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
  • Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Head Start experience
  • Experience as a Lead Teacher in a preschool or childcare setting
