As a Floater at the Primrose School of Lone Tree, youll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule to help support the school in meeting compliance and play a pivotal part of team support.

ALL Applications will be considered with virtual interviews scheduled for teachers experienced in working in early childhood education, preschool, child care, or daycare centers. Our leadership team looks forward to speaking with you.

Benefits --------

• Hourly compensation is based on credentials
• Assistant Teacher: $19.00 to $20.00 depending on experience and education
• Lead Teacher: $21.00 to $23.00 depending on experience and education
• 500 Signing Bonus after 90 days
• Set Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm
• Closed Weekends, Nights, and Holidays
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours annually
• Paid Sick Leave: up to 48 hours annually

Qualifications -------------

• Assistant Teachers: PDIS 1 is required
• Lead Teachers: PDIS 2, CDA Associates, or Bachelors degree required
• Previous experience as a teacher in licensed early childhood education, PreK, preschool, childcare, or education
• Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of childcare programs and child safety

Responsibilities ----------------

• Is responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children
• Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence
• Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Lone Tree and the local state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
• And if thats not enough, just wait until you help a child learn something new and see their face light up with excitement

Compensation ------------

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
