Responsibilities
Plan and lead developmentally appropriate preschool activities
Foster literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development
Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom
Build positive relationships with children and families
Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership
Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations
Strong classroom management and communication skills
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
