Job Summary
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Preschool Teacher to join our preschool community. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and supporting early learning in a nurturing, collaborative environment.


The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and helping students reach their full potential. You bring strong creative and problem-solving skills, enjoy building meaningful connections with students, and are committed to creating an engaging, supportive classroom environment.



Responsibilities
  •  Be in charge of daily classroom activities 
  •  Supervise children to ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment indoors and outdoors 
  • Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
  •  Assist children with daily routines, including snacks, cleanup, and transitions 
  •  Encourage social, emotional, and early developmental skills 
  •  Help maintain a clean and organized classroom 
  • Communicate with parents and other school personnel
  •  Provide support during nap time
  • Creating weekly lesson plans
Qualifications
  • 12 child development unit's minimum required
  • CPR/First Aid certification required
  • Background check required 
  • Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor 
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
  • Problem-solving and mediation skills
  •  Ability to work well as part of a team 
  •  Reliable and punctual
