What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support your classroom team through modeling and coaching

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities

  • Foster a warm, engaging learning environment for young children

  • Partner with families through regular communication and conferences

  • Ensure compliance with all center, state, and city regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • At least2 years of childcare or lead teaching experience

  • Strong understanding of child development

  • Confident communicator and collaborative team leader

  • Passion for early childhood education

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
