Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and early intervention strategies.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress in areas such as math and standardized testing.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices in daycare settings.
• Provide guidance on child welfare practices, ensuring the health and safety of all students.

Experience

• Proven experience in a teaching or daycare setting, specifically working with toddlers.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, behavior management, and early intervention techniques.
• Familiarity with physical education principles as they relate to young children.
• Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices is highly desirable.
