Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Three Year OldPreschool Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs. This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to shape young minds, build meaningful relationships, and be a joyful part of a child’s early learning journey.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroomwhere kids can explore and grow
•  Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate lesson
• Lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity
• Sing songs, read stories, build block towers (and friendships)
•  Partner with families to support each child’s development
• Lead with love, patience, and a whole lot of play-based learning
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
  Problem-solving and mediation skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma Minimum
•  Experience working with preschool-age children (3-year-olds are your jam!)
•  A strong understanding of child development and best practices in ECE
•  Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• CDA, associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
