About the Role:
The Learning Experience – Riverton is looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool (Infant- Toddler age group) Teacher to join our growing team in Riverton, NJ! This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a supportive, fun, and engaging environment.



Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, curriculum-based lesson plans for preschool-aged children
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and growth
• Monitor and document children's developmental milestones and progress
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily activities and development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in compliance with licensing and health standards
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support whole-child development
• Incorporate social-emotional learning, early literacy, and STEM activities into daily routines

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or classroom setting
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state licensing requirements
• Warm, energetic, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
