The Queen of All Saints Pre-School Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a safe, nurturing, faith-centered, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children enrolled in the pre-school. The Teacher provides classroom leadership, supports children's academic and social-emotional growth, and models Catholic values through daily interactions and instruction.
Education and Experience: Associate degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience teaching or leading in a preschool, daycare, or early childhood setting preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education practices. Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and administration. Commitment to supporting the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
