We're partnering with a premier organization in the San Diego Metro Area to find a full-time Preschool Teacher ready to make their mark.

Direct-Hire Placement — This isn't a temp gig. You'll be hired directly as a permanent, full-time team member, with full access to the benefits and community of a long-term school home.

What You'll Own

As the heart of your classroom, you'll:

• Design engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that spark curiosity
• Build a warm, culturally responsive classroom community
• Track and document each child's growth with care and intention
• Keep families in the loop with consistent, genuine communication
• Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards at every turn

What You Bring

• A background in Early Childhood Education or related coursework/certification (state credentials a plus!)
• Experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children
• Strong lesson planning and classroom documentation skills
• A genuine commitment to inclusive, equity-driven teaching
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
