Brilliant Minds Early Learning is looking for a warm, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team! We are seeking someone who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Age Group: Children ages 2–5 years old
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months preschool/childcare experience
Must have 12 core Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Clear background check and fingerprint clearance
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
Supervise and care for children in a safe environment
Create and implement weekly lesson plans
Lead circle time, art, music, and educational activities
Encourage positive behavior and social skills
Communicate professionally with parents and staff
Assist with potty training and daily routines as needed
Keep classroom clean and licensing compliant
