Preschool Teacher starting at $54,141.

DUTIES:

• Plan the early childhood program for a class of 15-17 children with approximately 5 children who require specific individualization according to a defined plan
• Organize and manage the classroom environment to promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, creative, and social skills of children
• Provide information to co-teachers, as well as to parents, regarding specific activities in the classroom, including techniques of working with children; participate in parent conferences and general parent education
• Work with small and large groups of children in a variety of age-appropriate, developmental activities both in indoor and outdoor environments
• Develop and implement goals for individual students
• Maintain a variety of classroom records, including data on children's developmental progress
• Assure student safety at all times
• Interact in a positive, engaging style
• Perform other related duties as required.

SALARY: Per the salary schedule of the Greenfield Education Association Master Contract sttarting at $54,141.
