Responsibilities

As a Toddler Teacher, you will:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through fun, hands-on learning experiences
• Support childrens social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their childs daily activities, milestones, and achievements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Foster a positive atmosphere where learning and play happen seamlessly

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a genuine passion for educating and caring for young children
• Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience required; 1 year preferred
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Meet applicable Massachusetts state licensing requirements
