Preschool Teacher — Full Time


We are seeking a creative, energetic, and dependable Preschool Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting young children’s growth and development. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a play-based environment, collaborates well with others, and is motivated to continue growing both professionally and personally.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum

  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

  • Supervise children in the classroom and on the playground, ensuring safety at all times

  • Observe and assess children’s progress and respond to individual and group needs

  • Maintain consistent communication with the Director and teaching team regarding student development and classroom needs

  • Build positive relationships with families and communicate regularly about children’s progress and experiences

  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to maintain program consistency and quality

  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards

  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications


  • Experience working as a Preschool Teacher (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of child development and early childhood best practices

  • Experience with play-based learning environments

  • Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Child Development or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 12 ECE units required

  • At least 2 years of preschool teaching experience preferred
