The Preschool teacher must hold appropriate certification, including a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate Degree or above in Early Child Education (ECE). The successful candidate has the following qualifications:
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong instructional skills
- Possess strong content area expertise
- Demonstrate strong classroom management with diverse student population
- Be proficient in differentiation of instruction for students with different abilities
