About the Role:
Join Little Stages LLC as a P-3 Certified Teacher with SOMA school district preschool program in the fall.  We are looking for certified teachers who will inspire young minds in a nurturing environment! We are seeking passionate educators who are committed to fostering creativity and a love for learning in our students. 



Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool through third grade.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
• Utilize technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom conducive to learning.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
• Foster social-emotional learning and encourage positive behavior among students.

Requirements:

• P-3 certification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of students and families.
• Creative and adaptable teaching style with a passion for education.
• Proficient in using educational technology and resources.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
