Job Summary Join Temple Beit HaYam's Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) as a Toddler Teacher, ages one to two, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing environment. We are seeking passionate educators to create engaging learning experiences for our little ones here in Stuart, Fl.
Responsibilities
Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
Plan developmentally appropriate games and activities for toddlers to encourage social, emotional and cognitive development.
Design and implement a daily and weekly schedule.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
Monitor and evaluate the children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities and progress.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a childcare provider or preschool teacher
Strong understanding of child development
Patient, kind, and nurturing
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
First aid/CPR certified (If not we will provide training.)
