Role Description:

\n

The Presentation Automation & Reporting Solutions Engineer will be assessing and redesigning an existing data quality reporting process that is currently manual, time-consuming, and heavily dependent on PowerPoint-based executive reporting. The goal is to automate and streamline the end-to-end process from data sources through executive presentation delivery, while maintaining presentation quality and enabling meaningful qualitative storytelling. The ideal person has experience has experience automating the transition from data repositories and dashboards into executive presentation materials.

Responsibilities:

\n

• \n
• Design automated solutions that transform enterprise data into PowerPoint presentations with minimal manual effort using Power Automate workflows, PowerBI datasets with presentation outputs, MS Graph APIs, PowerPoint APIs, and MS Office 365 Suite.
• \n
• Create automated solutions that create PowerPoint presentations out of enterprise data
• \n
• Analyze and understand the current reporting process without a predefined requirements document in addition to working with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• \n
• Build automated PowerPoint generation solutions, Power Automate workflows, and integrate PowerBI datasets with presentation outputs.
• \n
• Utilize MS Graph APIs and implement Copilot and AI-assisted presentation generation in order to produce reusable presentation templates populated with live data.
• \n
• Automate recurring executive reporting packages and integrate \ data from SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Fabric, and APIs.
• \n
• Design and implement a scalable solution that reduces manual effort and shortens reporting cycle times and create a streamlined pipeline from data sources and repositories through Power BI to executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• \n
• Develop repeatable methods for producing executive reporting across 60+ reports.
• \n
• Improve data presentation and visualization to support both quantitative reporting and qualitative executive storytelling.
• \n
• Design underlying data structures, answer sets, and reporting frameworks to support ongoing reporting and remediation activities.

Requirements:

\n

• \n
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• \n
• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
• \n
• 2-3+ years’ experience with MS Graph API, MS Fabric, Azure functions, REST APIs and JSON
• \n
• Solid understanding of data management, data structures, and reporting architecture.
• \n
• Experience transforming data into executive-level presentations and insights.
• \n
• Ability to bridge technical solutions and business-facing reporting needs.
• \n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
• \n
• Intellectually curious, collaborative, and willing to challenge existing approaches constructively.
• \n
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and independently defining requirements.
