Creative Services Lead

Location: New York City
Pay Rate: $43/hour

Position Summary

The Creative Services Lead is responsible for developing high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels. This role partners closely with Brand Marketing and key stakeholders to bring the firm's creative vision to life through compelling design, strategic storytelling, and modern marketing materials.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative execution with strategic thinking, balancing innovative design solutions with business objectives while maintaining alignment with established brand standards across the Americas.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and execute high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and presentation platforms to ensure consistent, compelling, and on-brand creative representation.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and internal stakeholders to translate brand strategy, business objectives, and campaign goals into impactful creative concepts and deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to deliver creative assets that align with brand standards, project timelines, and organizational priorities.
  • Support the evolution of the firm's visual identity by developing modern marketing materials including templates, presentations, resource guides, fact sheets, branded collateral, and campaign assets.
  • Maintain, update, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, accuracy, and cohesive visual storytelling across all communications.
  • Apply strong creative judgment while working within established brand standards to produce innovative, polished, and strategically aligned design solutions.
  • Develop and manage creative workflows from concept through final delivery, prioritizing projects effectively and ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices, documentation standards, and process improvements to enhance team productivity and creative operations.
  • Build, organize, and maintain brand image libraries and creative asset repositories to support efficient asset management and consistent brand governance.
  • Structure and format marketing collateral using sound visual design principles to improve readability, user experience, and overall communication effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to refresh and modernize brand imagery and creative expression to keep marketing materials current, engaging, and visually impactful.
  • Balance creative innovation with strategic business needs by delivering visually engaging solutions that support marketing goals and brand positioning.
  • Partner with global business teams to ensure alignment on brand initiatives and identify opportunities for collaboration across regions and departments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on brand-related initiatives by leveraging industry expertise, creative insight, and a strong understanding of corporate branding within B2B environments.
