    It is what we do at Frontier Community Credit Union. We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill our President/CEO position in Leavenworth, KS. Our new CEO will plan, direct, and control all credit union activities in accordance with credit union plans, policies, Governance Policies, directives, and activities as established by the board of directors. Be responsible for ensuring financial stability and member satisfaction in the best interests of members, employees, and the credit union. Provide strategic direction, vision, leadership, and management in all functional areas.

     

    Currently, Frontier has $200 million in assets with over 17,000 members. Our Purpose Statement: Guiding Financial Freedom through the Power of Every Connection. Our Vision: Empower our members to gain financial freedom through education and trusted solutions.     Performance Measurements are based on the following:

    1. Strategic Planning: Creating, implementing, and updating long-term plans to grow the credit union and meet
    member needs.
    2. Operations Management: Directing daily work across departments like lending, finance, marketing, human
    resources, and risk management.
    3. Board Relations: Partnering with the Board of Directors by sharing reports, giving advice, and executing
    approved policies.
    4. Compliance and Safety: Keeping the institution safe, financially stable, and compliant with state and federal
    banking laws.
    5. Communications and Relationships: Will demonstrate leadership, promoting a positive environment and
    culture through communication and relationships with staff, members, and other members of the community.
    This is accomplished through visibility across all branch offices, connections with the credit union and
    community members, and active involvement in community organizations and activities.
