About the Role
A growing nonprofit serving children with disabilities is seeking a President / Chief Executive Officer to lead day-to-day operations and support the organization's continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to expand programs, strengthen operations, and enhance services for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day operations.
Develop and execute strategic and operational plans.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary - $130,000–$145,000
Performance bonus - Total compensation may exceed $200,000
