Salary: $130,000–$145,000 base - Bonus potential

About the Role

A growing nonprofit serving children with disabilities is seeking a President / Chief Executive Officer to lead day-to-day operations and support the organization's continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to expand programs, strengthen operations, and enhance services for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans.
  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, facilities, and operational performance.
  • Establish performance metrics and organizational goals.
  • Improve systems, processes, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for children, families, and community stakeholders.
  • Support long-term growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build relationships with community partners and donors.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary - $130,000–$145,000
  • Performance bonus - Total compensation may exceed $200,000
