• Work directly for one of Omaha’s most admired CEO’s who needs a strategic partner that can help this company remain unified as they diversify, and continue to “feel small and family oriented” as they become one of the larger companies in Nebraska
• Lead a diverse team spanning operations, finance, technology, people operations, culture as you ensure the company has the proper administrative functions in place to allow strategic growth and scalability
• Act as a coach to business unit heads as you help them think big picture about their market, refine growth plans, help them steer clear of obstacles and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across all lines of business spanning a diverse yet vertically integrated mix of entities
• Be actively involved in the community – this company is passionate about serving Nebraska, and they are searching for an individual already active not just involved but “leading” in our community through board and philanthropic work
