they are looking for an experienced Service Executive who can lead the organization through its next stage of growth.
You'll have the opportunity to strengthen branch leadership, establish consistent processes and KPIs, grow commercial service revenue, improve profitability and field productivity, and create greater accountability across a growing multi-location service organization.

- $250,000 to $300,000 base salary, bonus and profit-sharing opportunities

What You'll Lead:
- Own the Service & Repair P&L with accountability for revenue, gross profit, cash flow, customer retention and overall performance
- Lead, develop and hold Branch Managers and other operational leaders accountable for results
- Grow commercial construction service, emergency repair, preventive maintenance, drain and sewer, retrofit and related service revenue
- Build recurring revenue through maintenance agreements, strategic accounts, account penetration and cross-selling
- Establish clear KPIs, operating standards, scorecards and performance expectations across all locations
- Improve technician productivity, dispatch, scheduling, quote conversion, pricing, job costing, gross margin and service delivery
- Evaluate underperforming locations and implement clear improvement plans
- Create consistent, scalable processes across branches while maintaining strong local leadership
- Build a culture where leaders understand their numbers, own their results and follow through
- Develop existing leaders and identify the talent needed to support continued growth
- Strengthen relationships with commercial property managers, owners, facility leaders, developers, GCs and other strategic customers
- Partner with executive leadership on new locations, acquisitions, market expansion and overall service strategy
What Keeps You Flowing:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership within commercial construction, mechanical contracting, HVAC service, facilities services or a closely related field-service business
- Significant commercial plumbing knowledge and understanding of service, repair, emergency response, preventive maintenance and retrofit operations
- Successful leadership of a multi-location or multi-branch service organization
- Significant P&L responsibility, ideally $20M to $75M+, with measurable revenue and profitability results
- Leadership of Branch Managers, General Managers, Regional Managers, Service Managers or similar operational leaders
- Strong command of KPIs, financial reporting, labor productivity, pricing, job costing, margins and branch-level performance
- Strong background in field service operations, including technicians, dispatch, scheduling, customer service and profitability
- Proven ability to develop leaders, improve underperforming operations and create accountability throughout an organization
- Strong Southern California commercial market knowledge and customer relationships
- Financially driven, hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate at both the strategic and field level
- Ability to travel regularly between Southern California locations
Experience That Gives You an Edge:
- HVAC, mechanical or facilities service operations
- Large regional or multi-state operational responsibility
- Open-shop or merit-shop field leadership
- Growing preventive maintenance agreements and recurring service revenue
- Scaling through organic growth, acquisitions or new branch openings
- Integrating acquired businesses and standardizing operations across multiple locations
- Private equity or other high-growth environment
- Strong relationships with Southern California property management, facilities, commercial owners, developers and GCs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Construction Management, Finance or related field
- MBA or advanced business degree
