Press Assistant/Operator - Freedom, PA

Direct Marketing Solutions is looking for a Press Assistant/Operator to join our Freedom, PA team. Wherever you may be in your career, DMS could be the place for you!

Position Summary:

The Press Assistant/Operator's main responsibility is to maintain operation of Web Printing Press and ensuring a continuous production flow. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency through the process to ensure accuracy and efficiency in regard to printing operation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepping ink and maintaining ink, paper, and other supplies to maintain smooth operation of Web Press
• Assisting with daily operation of Web Press
• Monitoring Web Press operation and performing basic troubleshooting as needed
• Palletize and wrap completed product

Requirements:

• No experience necessary, will train
• Ability to be on your feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift
• Mechanical aptitude
• Printing experience a plus

Schedule:

• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
