About the Role:
Join ERGOMET INC PRECISION SHEET METAL MFG CO as an AMADA Press Brake Operator and be a key player in our precision manufacturing team. We are looking for skilled individuals who are passionate about metal forming and want to contribute to high-quality production in a dynamic environment.



Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate AMADA RG press brake machinery for bending and forming custom sheet metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine tooling  requirements.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as necessary for optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating AMADA press brake or similar machinery.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and forming processes.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical PDF  drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and practices at all times.
