Picture your first hour on the floor: you review the run list, stage material, dial in the press brake tooling, and program the laser for the day’s cuts. You run a first-piece check, verify dimensions with a tape measure, and sync up with teammates about changeovers. Throughout the shift, you form, punch, and finish parts that become the backbone of hardworking trucks across North America.

Compensation Highlights

• $1.00 increase after 90 days
• $3.00 shift differential for 2nd shift
• $2.00 shift differential for 3rd shift

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment including press brake, laser, and presses to precisely form and process new materials.
• Carry out core operations such as drilling, tapping, sanding, and operating a punch press.
• Perform machine setups per job requirements and verify first-article quality before proceeding.
• Communicate status of runs, handoffs, and changeovers with co-workers; flag questionable material or defects to leadership immediately.
• Maintain, test, and repair systems and components across electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic disciplines to keep production on track.

What You Bring

• Previous experience operating industrial machinery.
• Comfort with basic math and computers for measurements, settings, and documentation.
• Proficiency using a tape measure to confirm critical dimensions.
