The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Responsibilities include verifying materials, maintaining quality, and working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should demonstrate strong math, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be capable of lifting 40–50 lbs regularly.
