Press Brake Operator

Pay: $22/hr. + $1 shift differential

Shift: Monday-Thursday (1:45pm to 1:45am); occasional overtime available

Summary:

• Cannonball Recruiting is looking for a Press Brake Operator for a metal shop in York, PA. This is a very important position which requires being able to work independently.

Requirements:

• Experienced working in a metal shop
• Previous Press Brake operation experience
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Ability to work independently; running the most important machine in the shop

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mechanically inclined; knowledge of and ability to use tools
• Read a tape measure and successfully perform general math skills
• Operate a forklift; forklift certification or license is a plus
• Assisting with inventory accuracy; log items made and ensure items are stored and labeled properly
• Ability to use cutting machines for bend products; operate the sheer and bender to cut and bend products
