We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Press Brake Operator for a 3rd shift position with our client in Amesbury, MA. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing high‑quality metal components and working independently during off‑shift hours.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM
Salary Range: $57,000-$76,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
- Select appropriate tooling, dies, and materials for each job
- Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and consistent quality
- Inspect finished parts using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues
- Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Previous press brake operating experience required
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
