Responsibilities
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal sheets according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Familiarity with various types of press brake machines and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
