We are currently seeking a self-motivated Press Brake Operator in Canton, Ohio! We’re looking for someone with experience operating press brake machines who is ready to join a dedicated team focused on quality and precision.

Hours:
1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 5:30AM - 3:30PM

Pay:
$18-22/hour+ based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints and select the correct tooling (dies/punches)
• Program controls for specific angles and dimensions
• Position metal accurately within the machines
• Operate press brake machines to bend, punch, and cut metal sheets and plates
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet design and quality standards

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma / GED
• 1+ years' experience operating a press brake
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine machine maintenance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience with programming press brake controls

Preferred Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in machine operation
