Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Shift Options: 1st, 6 AM-2:30 PM | 2nd, 2 PM-10:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Put your fabrication skills to work with a growing manufacturing team! We're seeking a Press Brake Operator who takes pride in precision, quality, and producing high-quality sheet metal components in a fast-paced production environment.

Press Brake Operator Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of CNC press brake experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Experience with Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, Bystronic, or similar equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and mechanical specifications.
• Knowledge of sheet metal forming, bend allowances, and tooling setup.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.

Press Brake Operator Job Duties:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC press brake machines.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and production changeovers.
• Bend and form sheet metal to customer specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and material issues.
• Complete production documentation and quality records.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while supporting production goals.
