Press Brake Operator – 2+ years of experience!
Position Overview
Hire Dynamics is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operators with at least two years of hands-on experience and strong knowledge of hydraulic press brake operations. This role requires proven ability to read blueprints, perform accurate machine setups, and use measuring tools to ensure precision and quality.
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
Pay:
- $19 - $27, based on experience
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of Press Brake experience
- Transferable skills from hydraulic press brakes
- Experience with Cincinnati 175-ton, Accupress 500-ton, Diamond 180 & 30-ton machines
- Blueprint reading experience required
- Proficient with measuring tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Perform accurate measurements and quality checks
- Adjust machine setting to maintain product specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Support production goals and collaborate with team members
