Design Ready Fabrications is seeking a skilled and motivated Press Brake Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining press brake machinery, with a proven track record of safety and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brakes to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
1st & 2nd shift openings available.
1st shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 3:15 PM, Friday 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
2nd shift: 4x10, Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Operate and maintain press brake machines, specifically Amada Press Brakes.
Set up machines, load materials, and program controls according to specifications and production requirements.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality output.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and machine leads for more complex repairs or scheduled maintenance.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and report any product inconsistencies or machine malfunctions to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of machine operation, including any issues encountered and corrective actions taken.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to company safety policies.
Report any hazards or safety concerns immediately to management and/or Human Resources.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other operators, supervisors, quality control personnel to meet production goals.
Assist with training new operators and share best practices with team members.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.
