Experience Profile: 1+ year of professional, hands-on press brake operation, metal forming setup, and precision fabrication background
Blueprint Fluency: Total capability to read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering drawings and layout specifications independently
Work Schedule Options: Enjoy a permanent 4-day, 10-hour work week (Monday – Thursday). Both 1st Shift and 2nd Shift configurations are immediately available.
Overtime Opportunity: Optional weekend shifts are readily available for driven professionals looking to maximize their earning potential.
Compensation: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour baseline (Pay rate is determined directly by your layout and setup depth)
