Press Brake Operator

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator with experience producing high-quality work in a fast-paced fabrication environment. This opportunity is located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. If you’re detail-focused, dependable, and skilled with CNC press brake work, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to fabricate stainless steel and mild steel components used in the manufacturing process. You’ll read blueprints, select proper tooling and machine settings, and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality while following safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Hours
  • 1st Shift
  • 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Monday–Friday

Pay
  • $18.00 – $21.00 per hour based on experience
  • Pay is also listed at $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production work orders
  • Select proper tooling and machine settings
  • Bend and form sheet metal parts to specification
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
  • Use measuring tools including calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges
  • Work closely with welding and fabrication departments
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience required
  • Experience with CNC Press Brakes
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience with stainless steel fabrication
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Dependable with good attendance and work ethic
  • Forklift experience is a plus

Nice to Have Skills
  • Forklift experience
