Are you a skilled Press Brake Operator with a knack for precision and a passion for manufacturing? We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the manufacturing industry to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Mill, Lathe, and Aluminum, and a keen eye for detail. This is a permanent role that offers a chance to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, stretch, and straighten metal plates, sheets, or bars.
2. Reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering plans to understand the specifications of the output.
3. Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting any problems that arise during the manufacturing process.
4. Ensuring that all parts produced meet the quality standards of the company and the industry.
5. Collaborating with other team members and departments to optimize production processes.
6. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
7. Inspecting final products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
8. Assisting in the training of new staff members on the operation of press brake machines.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Press Brake Operator position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Press Brake Operator in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in operating Mill, Lathe, and working with Aluminum.
3. Exceptional technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret engineering plans and blueprints.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
5. A strong understanding of quality control principles and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
7. A strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
8. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
