Pay: $19.00+/hour DOE
Shifts Available:

• 
  1st Shift: 6: 00 AM 2: 30 PM
  
• 
  2nd Shift: 2: 30 PM 12: 00 AM
  

Overtime Available

• 
  1st Shift OT: Start at 5: 00 AM
  
• 
  2nd Shift OT: Work until 1: 00 AM
  

Are you experienced with metal fabrication or press brake operations? We're looking for a Press Brake Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Grand Island. This role offers stable employment, advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
What You'll Do

• 
  Set up and operate press brake machines according to blueprints and specifications
  
• 
  Select, install, and adjust tooling for production runs
  
• 
  Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate part fabrication
  
• 
  Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring tools
  
• 
  Troubleshoot machine issues and production challenges
  
• 
  Move materials using forklifts, overhead cranes and other approved equipment
  
• 
  Complete production reports and maintain accurate labor records
  
• 
  Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
  
• 
  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Experience operating press brakes or similar fabrication equipment preferred
  
• 
  Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  
• 
  Knowledge of precision measuring tools and quality control processes
  
• 
  Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  
• 
  Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  
• 
  Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
