Pay Range (Based on Experience):
- Entry Level / Trainee: $15.00 – $17.00/hr
- 1–3 Years Experience: $17.00 – $20.00/hr
- Experienced Operator (Setup + Blueprint Reading): $20.00 – $23.00/hr
- Highly Skilled CNC Setup Operator: $23.00 – $26.00/hr
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join a sheet metal fabrication company in High Point. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating and setting up CNC press brake machines.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up press brake machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Ensure accuracy and quality of formed metal parts
- Make machine adjustments to meet specifications
- Follow all safety and production standards
Qualifications:
- Experience with Cincinnati or Durma press brake machines preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work from specifications
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- CNC press brake setup experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
