Job Summary:
KMS, A Sheet Metal Fabrication facility is looking for reliable, experienced candidates to set-up, program and operate hydraulic press brakes to bend sheet metal to drawing specifications.

Function in the Job:
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Function:
- Complete machine set-up and operation of assigned jobs from work instructions and blueprints.
- First piece and incremental inspections as well as second person verification on set-up pieces.
- Completing quality check sheets with each job. Perform all duties with a SAFETY-FIRST mentality.
- Performs operator daily maintenance of machine and tooling as required.
- Ability to follow instructions and follow safety guidelines.
- Arriving on time and ready to work scheduled shift.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience a must.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Read and comprehend the production schedule, work instructions, blue prints and routers for the job.
- Strong knowledge of measruing devices such as protractors, calipers, height guages, etc.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Take pride in work and work area.
