As a Press Brake Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read, interpret, and work from detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and various dimension styles to ensure perfectly aligned production.
- Precision Fabrication: Operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and fabricate parts to exacting specifications and strict tolerances.
- Documentation & Tracking: Accurately update and maintain production paperwork, ensuring any modifications or changes are recorded in real-time.
- Material Handling & Safety: Safely operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, strictly adhering to all safety protocols. You will also be expected to acquire and maintain all necessary equipment training certificates.
Compensation
- The starting pay range for this position is $19-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
- Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

- 4:00pm - 4:00am Monday - Thursday

Qualifications
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Skilled in measuring 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" gradations on a tape measure
- Capable of converting measurements between feet and inches
- Adept at converting fractions to decimals
