Ability to set-up and run basic parts in brake when using set-up sheets and set-up data, with minimal assistance.

2+ years of experience

Responsible for setting and tending to the brake

Setting up basic parts with provided set-up information

Responsible for making adjustments to the set-up as necessary.

Able to trouble shoot basic set-ups

Perform all required inspection needed to maintain Customer Quality requirement.

Basic computer skills

·Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

·Basic knowledge of different material types

·Strong knowledge of brake tooling

·Advance use of hand tools

· Advance use of inspection instruments as they apply to their process

· Good print reading skills

·Follow inspection sheet

·Complete understanding of brake controls being used

·Complete understanding of all safety protocol for running the brake.
