Press Brake Operator

Pay: $19/hr - $23/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed

We’re hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our growing manufacturing team! If you have experience operating CNC or mechanical press brakes and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC and mechanical press brakes to produce quality parts.
• Set up machines and tooling according to job specifications.
• Read blueprints and understand dimensions/tolerances.
• Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools for quality checks.
• Perform basic machine/tooling maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of manufacturing machine operating experience.
• Press brake experience preferred.
• Basic blueprint-reading skills.
• Experience with measuring tools and gauges.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift 35+ lbs. and stand for extended periods.
